This horse has been tipped by the stable previously winning at big odds. Under the impression been primed for this meeting again since they have taken the exact same route; via a 7 furlongs race at Newcastle (a trip the horse has never won at). He is now 1lb lower than his win on this card last year and wasn't overly exercised last time out. The return to a mile in his favour and forecast rain a bonus.

Louis The Pious capable of putting in a bold show here. He has a tremendous flat line speed; fast ground a help, should go very close here.
Form on fast ground is 2323111414 and on 6f on fast ground is 3311114 so a fantastic record when conditions suit.

Finished a length and bit down in second at least he ran his race .. but second is nowhere in terms of profit.

Finished third in a three way race to the line; beaten less than a length ... again nowhere in profitable terms.
